CMS~CMS Marine support Lizzy Racing

When Lizzy came to see us at last years Southampton Boat Show and explained the amazing challenge she had ahead of her we immediately knew we would like to support her in her challenge.

Lizzy has been sailing since she was 3 years old and is currently undertaking the arduous qualification races required to join the Mini Transat in 2015. The list of solo sails under Lizzy’s belt are already impressive, recently completing a solo 1000Nm Qualifier from her training base of Lorient lasting 12 days.

SonicShield I Micro as installed in Lizzys boat

We met up with Lizzy on the IOW when she May and arranged to install a SonicShield I Micro. The system will help Lizzy by reducing the fouling on here hull and most importantly reduce the amount of time the boat needs to be out of the water for antifouling / cleaning.
